●High tech built-in motor spindle-FISCHER that offer a complete speed range from 200 to 24,000 rpm .. Not only powerful torque for rough cutting with low speed but high accuracy for finish cutting with high speed . ●The 1300 x 850 mm (approx 51x33.5”) worktable has been overly engineered cast and then machine to provide a Rock-Solid platform with high loading capabilities. The top table surface is precision scraped for flatness, parallelism and perpendicularity to the X,Y and Z axis. ●Oversized high precision linear guideway are utilized to provide low starting inertia, low friction and high acceleration rates optimizing servo drive response to excellent axis position and repeatability over the full stroke on X,Y, and Z axes . ●A.C. digital servo drive motor are Direct Coupled ( no drive belts) to the axis ball screws maximizing position speed while maintaining located accuracy and eliminate transmission errors. ●A safety powerful torque coupling on each axis protects the ball screws and servo drive motor.
