●Using the most advanced Computer Aided Design Finite Structural Analysis programs, an extremely rigid machine base foundation was created that supports and maintains the outstanding accuracy of this performance machine suited for medium to large moulds machining. ●Unique single-pieced columns, upper beam and machine base, massive and rugged. Extensive use of Computer Aided Design for ribbing size, shape, and positioning helps absorb the tremendous motion and mass dynamics encountered in high speed machining, provides extensive vibration damping and thermal stability, and creates extreme rigidity. ●The 3400 x 2185 mm worktable, fitted with 16 pieces sliding blocks, has been overly engineered cast and then machined to provide a Rock-Solid platform with high loading capabilities. ●Oversized high precision linear guideways are utilized to provide low starting inertia, low friction and high acceleration rates optimizing servo drive response for excellent axis positioning and repeatability over the full stroke on the X, Y, and Z axes. ●A safety torque coupling on each axis protects the ballscrew and servo drive motor. ●Double Automatic Tool Changers, 20 tools (A63) and 16 tools (A100), are built inside the U-shape of machine columns. The disc magazine ATC is utilized for its simple but highly reliable design.
