●New CSC type spindle: besides the original shaftl cooling, now provides two additional functions; ATS( air through spindle; STD) or CTS( coolant through spindle ; opt). The new equipped rotary joint (Hydraulic dynamic type) can fulfill coolant through application without speed limitation, operated under pressure 80bars, and almost maintenance free. ●Siemens controller 840Dsl, NCU730.3 ●1FN3 linear motors on 3-axes: contact and friction free drive system provides high dynamic stiffness and quick response. Siemens “ Thermo-Sandwich” cooling system guarantee low heat dissipation influence to frames. ●1FN3 combines with High precision linear guide ways (with low vibration, low friction and high rigidity) can achieve sub-micron machining accuracy. ●Machine frames by high damping composite material ●Oil cooler system for spindle, 1FN3 and spindle clamping system is under precise temperature control(±0.2°C ) and oil fine filtered 5µm. ●Z axis with precise counter balance system: provides good dynamics control, energy saving and also avoid work piece damaged when electrical power interrupted. ●Fulfill oil coolant and oil-mist machining conditions. ●Compact machine size.
